Usage from manufacturer* :

1. Place it to cover your nose and mouth,
2. and secure it on ears with ear-loops
3. pull up and down the mask
4. and adjust the shape of the nose-piece around the nose to fit your face

Caution* : For children (10 years old maximum) only, it is recommended to wash it after 8 hours of continuous use.
