It is a topical liquid based on 70% isopropyl alcohol, the recommended concentration to effectively eliminate microorganisms.

We do not yet have a sprayer to equip our small bottles, we are looking to get some, but at home, you can simply pour it into a container equipped with a sprayer (push-push) of any type.
